Starting in 2025, DARC will offer commissioned builds exclusively for its MONO cabin.
This allows for fully customized interior configurations or seamless integration into customer-led DIY expedition vehicle projects.
The cabin structure is a carbon fiber monocoque, developed using advanced motorsport manufacturing techniques and engineered to meet the specific demands of long-range off-road travel. Due to its high torsional rigidity and load-bearing capacity, the cabin supports the installation of up to seven frameless glass windows, a pass-through door to the driver’s cab, and multiple external storage hatches. With a total weight of under 500 kg, the MONO cabin achieves more than 40% weight savings compared to standard sandwich panel constructions—enabling increased payload reserves. The CNC-milled insulation layer provides effective protection against both thermal stress (–30 °C to +50 °C) and acoustic transmission.
The MONO cabin is purpose-built for the Iveco Daily 4x4 and impresses with clean, functional lines. Aesthetically, it merges the rugged character of the Iveco chassis with design elements inspired by Rally Dakar trucks, resulting in a cohesive and striking overall appearance.
In contrast to manufacturers that deliver only a bare shell, DARC provides a comprehensive set of engineered components to complete the vehicle build. These include the subframe, walk-through module, wet cell, stair system, doors, latching mechanisms, and precision-milled hardware— among others.
All components are designed, developed, and manufactured in-house to ensure dimensional compatibility and structural integration. Custom part solutions can be implemented upon request.
